ABUS4105: Becoming an Authentic Leader in an Applied Business Setting

Students will gain proficiency in various leadership modalities within a self-reflective framework. They will learn to build their own authentic leadership capabilities as well as assess those of fellow leaders across individual, group, and organization levels. Assignments will examine temperament and decision-making, goal setting and personal beliefs, change-making and coping with pressure, and developing personal strengths and professional authenticity.
