ACCT5126: Internal Auditing

This course is an introduction to the auditing internal. Emphasis is placed on the independent audits performed by the internal audit function. The case method employed in this class is used to provide students with a realistic view of the audit process. After successfully completing this course, the student should have a working knowledge of the function and procedures of internal auditing. prereq: ACCT 2050 or ACCT 2051 or ACCT 2051H
