This course holds an expansive view of contemporary professional practice and promotes its proactive development through direct engagement with business implications and leadership roles. Course content is aligned with Practice and Project Management ARE exams, including organizational archetypes, project roles, project delivery and contract typologies, firm specializations, best practices, and the implications of corporation types and structures.
