CSCI5526: Machine Learning for Healthcare: Concepts and Applications

Introduction to machine learning (ML) in healthcare with focus on various health data modalities, ML paradigms, and the unique challenges of health applications. Topics include risk stratification, disease progression models, diagnosis, prognosis, subtype discovery, medical image analysis, and clinical text mining.
