HSEX6017: Design, Implementation and Evaluation of Sexuality Education

This course builds on HSEX 6013 Perspectives and Practices in Sexual Health Education theoretical and historical exploration of Sexuality Education in the United States. This course will provide an opportunity for students to develop critical skills in evidence-based sexuality education curriculum design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This course will utilize learning resources, discussion forums, and an applied final project where students will design a sexual health education intervention, implement it, and create an evaluation process for the intervention.
