This course is designed to provide perspectives and skills used to deliver real enterprise value through information technology (IT). Students will explore the methods to align business and IT strategy through governance and architecture frameworks. The course develops skills in IT investment, including ROI, chargeback, and portfolio management. Students will also explore frameworks for managing projects, people, and technology-driven organizational change. prereq: IDSC 3202
