With the changing landscape of MIS methodologies, it is important to prepare for the future. This course will cover modern lightweight, and interactive IT development practices. Topics will include methodologies (RUP, Scrum, Kanban, and others); requirements gathering processes (Epics, User Stories); tools (burn-down chart, Kanban visualization); and leadership concepts (Scrum master, team member, sponsor).
