This course provides the context of Enterprise Systems role in organization's journey of Digital Transformation. It examines Enterprise System's structural aspects such as governance, program & change management, sourcing, development (programming), testing, operations, and regulatory compliance. Business cases provide real world examples across these subjects and focus on specifics such as labor multi-sourcing and A/B testing strategies.
