Comprehensive review of major aspects of IT infrastructure and operations: networks, databases, servers, storage, project management, governance, compliance, monitoring, and more. This course merges these discrete disciplines into an operational pattern, preparing you to quickly integrate yourself into a productive working IT environment.. You'll learn how to map and develop processes, collect and analyze operational metrics, plan tactically and strategically, plan for capacity, secure the infrastructure, and scale the topics to fit an organization's size.
