JOUR8200: Strategic Communication Research and Evaluation

This course will examine methods and approaches to identify insights and social trends used to inform communication strategy. Validity and reliability of research techniques will be emphasized as will legal and ethical considerations. The course will review best practices in qualitative and quantitative techniques, including laboratory, digital, and market approaches. prereq: Strat Comm MA grad major
