MGMT6311: Developing Cultural Agility: Leading and Collaborating in a Globalized Workplace

In today?s interconnected world, managers must navigate cultural differences with insight, empathy, and agility. This course explores the psychological and behavioral factors involved in collaborating across cultures, equipping you with the skills needed to understand and address cultural complexities in global workplaces. Through real-world case studies, interactive discussions, and engaging and fun experiential learning you will refine your ability to analyze cultural challenges, navigate ambiguity, and foster collaboration across cultural boundaries. You will also assess your own cultural adaptability and develop a personalized plan to enhance your intercultural competence?a key asset for any professional.
