MGMT6465: Leadership and Personal Development

2 Credits

In Leadership and Personal Development, students explore: (1) Understanding effective leadership; (2) Identifying personal leadership strengths/vulnerabilities through feedback; (3) Developing leadership skills through practice as informed by theory/evidence; (4) Exercises, role play; and (5) Creating customized leadership development plan. Two requirements to enroll in this course: (a) being available to attend class in its entirety for the sessions in which you enroll, and (b) completing a 360-degree feedback assessment. prereq: CSOM Grad student or dept consent
