Development of a rigorous analytical framework for marketing, specifically for technology-intensive organizations. The emphasis is on case studies of engineering and technology corporations. Technology and marketing strategy are interrelated through data-driven approaches. Recent case study subjects include companies in computing, artificial intelligence, electronics, renewable energy, and social media spaces.
