NURS6703: Systems Nursing Leadership: Organizational Culture

This course offers a comprehensive exploration of organizational culture within healthcare settings, focusing on the psychological and behavioral dynamics that influence healthcare environments. Students will examine concepts of inclusivity, diversity, belonging, power, and politics as well as the impact of individual attitudes, perceptions, and motivations on organizational behavior. Learners will explore the role of strategic planning, government and public relations, and regulation and accreditation in promoting organizational development, longevity, and sustainability.
