NURS6705: Systems Nursing Leadership Didactic: Executive Leadership in a rapidly changing world

This course provides advanced nursing leadership knowledge and skills aligned with the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) Nurse Executive Competencies. The focus of this course is to prepare nurses to lead complex healthcare organizations at the manager, director or executive level. The didactic course emphasizes strategic leadership, financial acumen, healthcare policy, quality improvement, change management, effective communication, relationship building, and workforce development.
