Sleep, Eat, and Exercises covers basic concepts in nutrition, sleep, and physical activity and incorporates a variety of techniques to promote self-awareness and reflection, goal setting, and action toward wellness. Inactivity, poor nutrition, and inadequate sleep are common problems among college students and are leading contributors to a variety of short- and long-term consequences. Research indicates that, in addition to improving physical health, healthy habits can reduce stress and improve academic performance.
