Systems risk analysis, engineering, economics, and public policy. Investigate infrastructure security/support design and management of complex civil infrastructure systems. Systems' vulnerability assessment, asset and risk management, investigation of infrastructure interdependencies and couplings, along with judicious analyses of policies.
