This course combines cutting-edge theory with practical examples from human resources, psychology, and organizational development to design impactful initiatives that create lasting, meaningful change. Students will master the complete learning and development cycle: from pinpointing root causes and crafting targeted interventions to launching initiatives and measuring the impact.
