LAW6867: Practice-Ready International Legal Research

This course will expose students to primary and secondary sources of international & foreign law and research methodologies. It will prepare students to research and analyze international and foreign legal issues in a range of practice environments including: policy and advocacy work, arbitration practice, and litigation in international tribunals and in U.S. federal courts.
